Brand new, Feurich F179 Dynamic grand piano in white gloss with brass fittings. Music desk features adjustable LED lighting. Piano has an eighty-eight note keyboard and a three-pedal piano lyre. Known for its high quality construction and value within its price bracket, Feurich is considered a strong competitor when purchasing a grand piano. A classic color choice.

The Model 179 incorporates high-quality materials and is considered a high-end instrument with a good price to quality ratio. It is the current, improved version of the 178 model. Its predecessor was awarded the 'Diapason d'Or' twice in its category. The 'Diapason d'Or' reviewers from the French classical music magazine 'Diapason', conduct annual tests for upright and grand pianos, sometimes using blindfolded pianists in identical acoustic settings to ensure impartiality.

Feurich

Feurich (Feurich Pianoforte GmbH) is a piano company founded in 1851 in Leipzig, Germany, by Julius Gustav Feurich, which has been family operated for five generations. The company is renowned for the quality of its pianos. The city of Leipzig was, along with Paris, London, and Vienna, one of the pillars of European musical culture and music capital of the German Empire. By 1860, Feurich had manufactured and sold more than 400 instruments. By the turn of the twentieth century, nearly 14,000 uprights and grand pianos were manufactured. Since 2011, Feurich has been owned by the Austrian piano manufacturer formerly known as Wendl & Lung, and the bulk of its manufacturing is carried out at the Hailun Piano Company in China, except for the upright piano 123 – Vienna, which is manufactured in Vienna, Austria.

An amazing Alladin's Cave of a place, filled with pianos antique and modern over several floors of a huge old warehouse. Besbrode also host events - I'm just returning from one, where a group of pianists performed to each other on a Steinway generously provided for the occasion.

Came here as a side trip when attending the Leeds Graduation ceremony. Ann and Steven were really helpful and gave honest advice. Theres no hard sales here and your left to literally try as many pianos as you like. They don't rush you to buy and let you find the right piano which is what all piano shops should do! Very impressive collection of pianos. Definitely much more than the average piano shop and worth a look. It was really hard to make a choice. Eventually I went for a rebuilt Steinway. 5 years warranty and rebuilt with Steinway parts from a Steinway approved company gave me peace of mind. I am delighted with my new piano. We ordered a Japanese-made Yamaha baby grand piano from Besbrode after a lot of research. Besbrode were by far the best when it comes to communication, information, and choice.
